It is located in the deep of the Military Health.
The arch was built in 10 A.D. by the consuls Gaius Cornelius Dolabella and Silanus Junius.
In Neronian period the arc was used as a support to let pass on the Claudian aqueduct, but in the restoration work under Septimius Severus was incorporated in the brick structures.
The arch, formed by blocks of travertine, is currently buried to about 2 meters.
The external facade has a crowning cornice beneath which we see now barely legible inscription, which are mentioned consuls Publius Cornelius Dolabella and Caio Giulio Silano.
